During the World Cup 2002,  a lot has been made of the so called 'cheating' of Rivaldo.  He was fined for his behaviour against Turkey and did repeat these antics against England.  What do you think should happen to players, or indeed teams, that behave like this?
This World Cup (2002), has probably seen the best behaviour amongst fans in the host country for decades.  Why do you think this is?
